Refund Policy:

While YourTeeShots are almost indestructible, we understand that sometimes shipping can be rough. We guarantee our product will arrive in good condition and warranty an item that is damaged due to the shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of the use of the product we do not warranty the product beyond the arrival in the mail.

To start a return, you can contact us at teebox@yourteeshot.com with images of the product and packaging in the condition when you received it.  

If your return/replacement is accepted, we’ll replace the product or reimburse you for the product.

Time of Refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
